Nenad Stevandić, president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, stated today that lithium is not an environmental issue, but a question of division and conflict in Serbia which the opposition believes it can use as revenge for lost elections and influence, and foreign services as a starting point for conflicts and instability, which would force Serbia’s independent policy to change in favor of others.
He adds that the obsession of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, with the position and development of Serbia, is being used against him, accusing him of sacrificing the health of the people for stability and development.
„I have never seen them come together against Serbia and its president more than now, from the tycoon-media, financial, foreign-intelligence spectrum, with the help of the domestic autochthonous lobby. They have successfully launched lithium as a carrier of destruction and discord in Serbia. Now they are trying to ignite it,“ Stevandić stated in a press release.
